WHY I DESIGN
Design with intent, control chaos and manipulate unexpected randomness…
My interests in art, design and psychology have led me to developing brand identities, designing for the web and exploring other cultures. People are undeniably interesting and design gives me reason to research and further understand the complexity of the human mind and social condition.
Through traveling, I have developed an open mind towards cultural diversity and a deeper understanding for the quality of life. By understanding these unique differences, I can begin to examine the correlation between cultural influences, emotional connections and the utilization of design and technological trends for communication.
My desire to contribute to society and to help people on an individual basis has led me to working with the non-profit and environmental sectors through my role as an educator and designer. Respectively, all of my life passions are interwoven in the fabric of design.
